The iPhone 5 is coming out in two days. I still have the 3Gs. I think this would be a perfect time to upgrade.

I too have had a 3Gs for over two years and its been so good I havent changed it. Think Im going to treat myself to one of these though...if the battery life is going to be improved as is hoped and if the screen is just a little bit bigger.

I'm moving away from the iPhone. Only adding an extra half-inch isn't enough to keep me with iPhone.
I thought I decided on the Galaxy S3 but now that Engadget says that the Note 2 is coming on Verizon, I may change my mind.
Either way, I'll be moving to Android unless Apple releases something that I haven't seen in the rumor mill.

i have a iPhone 4 (for the last 2 years) .... but unless Apple really makes something new, i will move to Android as soon as i can
I went to the mall saturday and played with the Samsung S3 and i was AMAZED !! wow thats a real smartphone
I had an iPad2 .. i sold it and bought a Google Nexus 7 and i don't regret it ... i used to be an Apple products fan but when i see what others can do, i am less and less Apple everyday now
If the iPhone 5 is no more than what the rumors say, Apple will lose me for good

Same here. Well, if the iPhone 5 isn't fantastic and doesn't impress me, then Il be staying with the iPhone 4S. I really hope they can bring out something remarkable.

It's going to be difficult, I think, for them to bring out something remarkable (but then again, Apple has built its reputation on doing that). With the iOS 6 already announced last WWDC, this one should mostly be about hardware upgrades which won't sound really attractive to many people.
When they launched the iOS 4 with the iPhone 4, they had a number of truly great features: much better resolution and dpi, much better hardware, a design that would become a classic and numerous other features that set them apart. I'd really be interested in seeing what they come up with. I use a iPhone 4 right now and don't have a reason to upgrade but it'll be very interesting.
I'm also awaiting the iPad "mini" launch, if there's such a thing, especially after the Amazon's Kindle paperwhite and Fire HD were launched a couple of days ago. I've pre-ordered the paperwhite: for the price, it's a fantastic reading device.

The new iPhone is going to be bigger and the new iPad is going to be smaller. They need to just go ahead and make them the one product and call it the PadPhone.
I started developing apps and iPhone = $$$. Android = Good luck selling an app. Haha... I have the Galaxy S2 right now. I'll get the new iPhone so I can have both a decent Android and iPhone. I was going to get the new iPhone last year, but them keeping the same screen size kept me from getting it.
After using 4" or greater size screen the tiny iPhone screen is a no go. If it's at least 4" like rumored I'll get this one.

Well, better wait 3 months , price will be much lower then.
I still love my iphone 4S i love apple quality, and wouldnt change it for another phone.
