What is the future of the IM?

What will be profitable after 5 or 10 years?

Which traffic type and which monetization way?

Or what is the really long term method?

I will be happy if you share your opinions about the IM in future.

p.s. Long time i have been reading that, the long term method is authority white hat website with high quality unique content, but right now i am not so sure. We never know what will be the next update and i think the organic traffic can not be called "long term".

high quality unique content that offers something different to the Internet. They'll get better differentiating those who re-write vs those who write. The writers will win.
