The Game and Changing Life Habits

Hey guys, I just got into something that I think a LOT of IMers will really appreciate. A friend on these boards actually introduced me to a book called "The Game" by Neil Strauss. The book itself is kind of informative, but pretty humorous in my opinion. It is a good basis and introduction into the "game". It basically introduces the pickup community. However, some of the people in that book have gone on to do their own thing. One of them is known as "Tyler Durden" and has created Real Social Dynamics. The website has a lot of informative posts and a bunch of the guys he has trained or are within his school of thought: http://www.rsdnation.com/

A lot of what he teaches is about self improvement as much as it is about picking up women. I've already learned a lot and I think this is definitely the kind of thing that IMers would be in to. Getting what you want by working hard and taking action. We do it for money, but you can apply a lot of the things in pickup as well. I read the book a couple weeks back, it was entertaining and informative. These people are internet marketers (though they don't focus on this) who's niche is pickup artist basically.. they start in forums, become experts and launch their own products. There was a lot of drama and backstabbing, it was a fun read.

As an internet marketer, I totally agree that there are a lot of people that just do a good job of making money.

However, the RSD nation and YT vids are amazing. Just watch them and learn. If you need proof you can go to their bootcamp and they have free tours all over the world. You'll see how good they are. Good to be wary, though.

Also a warning to those who literally spend all their lives in front of the comp without much interaction with women. This stuff will screw you up psychologically if you aren't careful. Don't go overboard..

There's Tao of Badass if you haven't read it. Waayyy better than The Game. Plus the bonuses. I recommend it.
