The Following Error Occurred

I'm getting this error message for the past few days,

The following error occurred
The server responded with an error. The error message is in the JavaScript console.

Whats Happening ?
My Internet Speed is too Low when accessing BHW forum,But rest of other sites i browse is Good as usual.

Example : I can't see whom thanked for the posts or Alert notifications or post replies, etc. etc.. It took min of 5 to 10 mins. I'm losing my patience!

Does anyone has such problem in BHW ? Waiting for the solution!
