First game I played on an actual PC (As in Windows based/i386) I think it was leisure suit larry - that was a wicked game.
First game I played on any type of computer was on the Amstrad and it was Jet Set Willy - also a wicked game.

Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego was the first game I played regularly on a desktop, early 90's.

I had an awful flight simulator game on my 386 back in 1994. Worms was probably the first "decent" playing game I had on my 486. I also had one of the later BBC Acorn RISC machines that would play things like Lunar Lander and Chuck Rock.

I remember getting a P3 with Voodoo graphics for Christmas 1998. Sega Rally 2 and Total Annihilation blew my mind at the time!

I'm not sure which one came first into my collection, but these 3 were my goto's on DOS: The Simpson Arcade, Oregon Trail, Wolfenstein 3D.

It probably was some kind of pool game in cli mode. Forgot what machine it was. Probably an IBM pc..
