The first 1 Million dollars. ♣︎

Some money is never made clean.

That first million… it’s the bridge between the streets and the system.
It doesn’t fit in ledgers, it doesn’t show up in reports. But once it’s in your pocket, everything after that is just math… cold, quiet, and calculated.

How close are you to it?
For me, the first 100k was the hardest, then it became smooth sailing. Your first 1 million is the milestone.

The first mil, huh? You could be at the right place, right time circa 2008 and happen to have made a killing off the backs of good people losing their homes. Next thing you know the numbers lined up, the trades paid out, and suddenly you aren't just comfortable, you're made.
Anyway, I wouldn't know. Still trying to make that clean mil personally, not including overhead and such costs otherwise I'd have already gotten there a good while ago.

Learning that protecting $1M is harder than earning it.

I don't need that much money. 1/10th is enough unless I need super expensive medicine in case I get cancer.

If I had that much money, I'd leave my house more often, but nothing more. And probably look at crypto charts.

I have a friend who is sailing around the world with a 45 ft sailboat.

But at least $5K in passive income per month is needed.

$5k a month is optional. Most people in the world don't need more than few hundred bucks to fulfill all their needs.

I agree with this.

But keeping the sailboat afloat requires some money. This is also my dream—when my children grow up, I will find the courage to do it.
