Looks that their main technique for promotion is to make X accounts and reply one to another, trying to lurk some poor soul into their scam circles. I see them all the time on various places. Typical MLM hyped scheme. There is a number of reports for scam on them, as well as interesting videos, but don't want to waste my time looking for them.
