How do we know whether he scammed somebody or not?
I do not see anything that is THAT suspicious.
not that I am going to be buying services from him or anything, but come on, why instantly attack someone as scammer without any facts?

W130sn is merely making people aware of a thread which was created. In the thread he is accused of scamming someone. Did you read it?

I read the thread but I did not see where SEOelf was accused of scamming. oh well, i am sure its in there somewhere, I do not want to read all the way through though.

I was scammed and attempted to put him on the shitlist, but I received an email from admin that it wasn't approved for petty reasons. $312 dollars total is how much I was scammed from SeoElf and I am (thankfully) being refunded by PayPal. I also opened up a dispute with this individual through my bank and they are also going after him.

That's what I send when the person doesn't include enough details, including any proof to substantiate their claim. Most people read what I send then collect the proof and repost it hours later. You chose not to. Feel free to add your info to SEOguy1992's thread - but be sure to read the message above and include the required details.

If you were scammed by the OP then you have to go through due process and
open a shitlist thread with proof and make sure you erase personal information.
