Just forget about countries that use credit card payment methods as the main ones. The world doesn't revolve around US/UK.

Examples of payment methods offered by Stripe that have no chargebacks/disputes and that you can sell without fear:

iDeal: Netherlands
Bancontact: Belgium
EPS: Austria
Giropay/Girocard: Germany
Sofort: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain
Przelewy24: Poland

Countries like the Czech Republic, Portugal, Malaysia, Slovakia and Singapore also often pay using the banking system, using local methods that do not involve chargeback.

Other examples (no disputes, no chargebacks).

Oxxo: Mexico
PIX/Boleto: Brazil
RedCompra/WebPay: Chile

Leave more local suggestions, we don't need to be hostages of Mastercard/Visa, with a translator or a virtual assistant hired on Fiverr, you can have a site selling to these countries in their own languages.

Thats actually a tight idea, taking advantage of small markets of sellers, with something like dropshipping, with the brand recognition of the popular payment processor going to your advantage!

Nope. You can create a Stripe account, for example, and sell to dutches, germans, etc, without a problem.

good luck trying to sell furniture, toys, clothes, earbuds, ebooks, chargers, blankets, dildos or whatever accepting just BTC

With such payment methods the conversion rate will definitely be very low.
