Do you need invest your real money to activate this coupons? And do you need input your credit card before you start with campaign?

Today Google sent me a $200 voucher. I'm going to try this on one account & see how far we get. Will report.
 
Since it no longer works with Adwords..
how can we get around the requirement of having a payment method on your Adcenter account?

Dont add more than $75 at a time on adcenter or you will get banned. Just create many PP accounts for payment info.
