God damn! Bridge Page site policy rejection again.
This time I made sure I did the following:
1) Bought a brand new domain
2) Set up wordpress site with 10 articles, a video, and a picture on main page
3) Included Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Site Map and Terms of Use pages as well
4) Made sure no outgoing links (was going to add affiliate links later)
5) Set up Adwords campaign, de-selected search partners and google display network
6) Chose keywords that gave me a quality score of 5/10 +
7) Kept CPC low
And still got rejected. I don't understand how they could say bridge site, when there isn't any outgoing links at all.
Anyway I might just give it another shot, but at this point I don't know what else to try out...

Really curious when people will show some results for this method. I only hear negative reviews of bans and other stuff which is not making money for people. Went through 5 pages and might have to read the rest.

How does not having any outgoing links turn a site into a bridge page? Doesn't make sense. I had the bridge page rejection with outgoing links as well.

Is trying local language affiliate product (health niche) and no halt yet. Still no sales tho.
So I guess I'll start a little case study here using this voucher method.
So my first concern is getting good, reliable proxies for cheap or free to make these adwords accounts as I need them. If anyone has any idea how to do this, it would be a great help.
First thing I did was buy an adwords voucher pack from Fiverr with 6 100 dollar vouchers for 5 dollars.
First voucher
I used was "under review" for about only a day, then I was able to use all 100 dollars almost immediately. I set the budget at $100 dollars a day, and it ran out almost within that time. My way of monetizing this is my own product, an E-book. So essentially if I can get it converting I'll have an insane ROI using this voucher method, until I make enough money where I can simply go legit with PPC. That's the plan.
Second voucher
My goal was to attempt to spend a voucher a day, 100 people to your site a day isn't bad, considering it should be rather targeted traffic, and because this isn't my money I can target any keywords I want. However my sales page is ranking extremely low because of it's keyword score. I don't know anything about PPC at all or how keywords are ranked, I would guess by keyword density on the site. Currently my second adwords account has been under review since late Saturday. I would assume that all the credentials are fine, and they simply haven't gotten around to approving it yet.
Interesting things I've noticed:
--- This method only allows you to send 100 dollars a day worth of traffic to a site, essentially. Or less, due to accounts being banned if two accounts are both marketing for the same site. This can be avoided by making multiple sites, I think. However since my site is a sales copy page that I've written it may be tough. I might have to write another sales page, or spin the one I have somehow, and hope it passes google's detection. For example, I could make three different sites that I promote with 100 dollars a day worth of traffic that all sell the same product. If I'm having troubles getting the amounts of traffic I need from one adwords account a day, I'll bypass with an extra site or two, write some more copy, and pump more traffic to the other two simultaneously.
--- The other thing I've noticed is that my first account, the one that got approved after review almost immediately, I signed up using a credentials from a city that was in the same time zone as the IP that I used. So I didn't match the IP/City exactly, and it was still approved. Which leads me to believe that proxying may not even be required. So long as the timezone and IP match, I feel like it could be ok. I still need to do some testing to determine if this is true or not yet. But for sure, one of my accounts was fine with a non-match between IP and city credentials.
Moving forward:
If I get a reliable way to bypass this security review, which drastically cuts into actual time advertising, I'm planning on teaching an assistant to create the adwords accounts and buy the vouchers, essentially automating the whole process of sending traffic to my pages. Then I'll be able to scale from there.
Any input?

I've found it is easier to sell physical products from Share-a-Sale on Adwords. A lot of the merchants allow direct linking so long as you follow their bidding guidelines. Adwords actually allows direct linking, but they will only run one ad per page at a time. So if four affiliates are all linking to the same page with the same keywords, only one would get their ad shown. In my experience Google shows the ad with the highest bid and daily budget. I figured this out after running two Adwords accounts bidding against each other. Just make sure to read and follow the merchant's bidding guidelines exactly, I lost over $1,100 in commissions because I didn't read the fine print and was bidding on excluded keywords (This was with a legit Adwords account, not the voucher method).
P.S., I've found that home improvement, building supplies or anything businesses buy in bulk (tape, cleaners, etc.), have the best returns because the orders are usually over $500.

You just use a bit of encapsulation... he just said his assistant would be used to create the accounts and buy the vouchers. Either he would then take the live accounts and put them to use by creating the website, ads and keywords, or use a 2nd assistant to do all of that. Neither assistant knows of the other, nor the process involved... and uh... you don't show them this thread... lol

Keep getting my ad disapproved.
10 articles from ezine, buy button in h1 and h2 tags just like instructed. Ad top right corner. Even added an aweber opt-in form in the widget area and 1 picture in the top 3 articles.

Repeat the process with original content, and report results.
My voucher that worked was on a page with no pictures, a buy now button, and a sales page all created by myself. That's it. My guess is that G knows that your content isn't original and flagged the site that way.
