Are you using pre loaded accounts or you making them yourself? And what kind of proxy or vpn you using?
^^^^Exactly what I do.
To expand, I look at whichever registrar is selling .info at the cheapest price and register a bunch(like 10 or 20) that are rather generic names. If you buy an .info with a trademarked name in it and think G is going to let you use Adwords, forget it.
Everything else about the OP's method I do pretty much the same. Buy the vouchers from Fiverr. Use a US VPN service that has VPN's in many cities. Register the account with a real address with the number slightly change, e.g. I find a 1724 Peachtree Street NE and register my address as 1725 Peachtree Street. Make sure your proxy/VPN is in the same city!

Rotate your browsers when registering these accounts. Clear all ur cookies/cache first and then hit some pages like cnn.com, google and espn.com and then go register the acct so you have some standard cookies. Place your bids on keywords and then don't check your account every 5mins looking to see if it's approved or if the ads running! The more times you go back into Gmail and Adwords, the better chance of you possibly being momentarily disconnected from your proxy or VPN and your real IP coming through. Be patient and leave it alone. Forward your gmail to another account too.
I don't really use landing pages because G is so picky about them and what they call "thin sites." I just do what this poster above does: make a wp blog and then find a few articles about the keyword(s) and paste them "as is" right into the WP blog. I don't spin them or anything....just blatantly rip them. Throw up a couple of banners and maybe some Youtube video you find and use Pretty Links. Done. After you receive notice your ad is running, boost your bids UP.
Like the OP also mentioned, you need to have several of these going at one time. It's also 100% a fact that not every account you create is going to survive, no matter how much effort you put into this. Some will never get started and others will briefly before getting killed. If you do this right, MOST of your accts will live long enough for you to exhaust the vouchers and you WILL make money.
i dont think u even need wordpress and all.. if u look at it its an html page so simply rip it, change whatever u want and upload it with ur offer links or u can insert links after u get approved .... also full page iframing the offer and linking it looks exactly like as its a part of ur own website ... and when u link the offer dont forget to make it open in a new window or new tab ( i dont know if that makes any differnce or not but it worked for me and iave seen lot of live ads (pure cpa bridge page ads) does the same so..)
i dont use preloaded accnts ... i get fresh non used ips from a friend who is from china

So you add ur affiliate link (using pretty link) before submitting the ad or u change the links after the ad has been approved?

Got my site up with 2 ads and 700 keywords loaded... and the two ads have been 'under review' since yesterday evening. While I'm waiting for my ads to be approved (or not), I am looking for another niche to do this with... something that I can write an ad for that won't need to be reviewed - so ANYTHING medical is out - the same with anything that has to do with the money making biz itself (auto-flagged for 'get rich quick schemes')... Looking for something that I can generate a few hundred long tail keywords that people are looking for info on... and willing to pay for. This is the art part... finding the right niche to sneak in and make some money without alerting big G to review the ads...

As NN said, what exactly are you trying to say and if you're talking about the method, loading the coupons onto adwords accounts etc, how about specific as to what you're tried and why you feel "it is not permitted now"...

This method has been around for quite a while and used to be even easier until it got discussed here and really exploited. You could make your own vouchers any time you wanted with a hosting co named Opensrs and it was glorious. Unfortunately, once it hit BHW, a ton of people within a couple of days doing this made OpenSrs change their voucher system. Finally found the thread about it from last year:

Some of the concepts are still the same and they still work very well. I've been doing similar for several years and it's always been a very solid moneymaker. Making XXX every day is very realistic and you can go over XXXX if you really are working it. If you keep track of what you are doing and what works and what totally bombs, before too many accts and vouchers, you start to become an Adwords pro and move beyond trial-and-error.

After it is approved. As soon as I get the email that the ads are running I change the link immediately. I have experimented to see if there is a better chance of staying live by waiting X amount of time before changing the link and I didn't find any difference between waiting an hour to change it or changing it within minutes.
iam also planning to get a vpn .... which vpn would u suggest
They are all about the same....just look for a company that has VPN service in many American cities. HideMyAss and StrongVPN are both well-known for sharing your personal information with the Feds, so I wouldn't use either of them simply out of principle.

Great method, Im going to try to add a twist to this one and see what my earning my be ill repost my earnings next week
Yeah, depending on the product, it works better on Bing/MSN Ads. Problem is that it isn't as easy to find the high value vouchers that u can with Adwords. Another tip is that REAL PRODUCTS and not shitty ebooks do much better than a lot of the IM trash, plus it's easier to get those ads approved.
As far as MSN's requirements, they are about the same as Adwords and they don't like affiliate links either so you need to follow the same guidelines of this method to keep your account alive. They aren't as fast to kill your acct as G, but they aren't asleep either.
For those following the thread and have managed to get their ads up and running, I had made this post, it will increase your ppc earnings, and decrease the amount of wasted clicks you receive.
