The Dreaded email has been received - DEMONETIZED. Advice needed

I am so sad right now - I have been demonetized on YT. It was for reused content which was completely fair - I know the risks involved.

My earnings for September currently sit at $1500 which is depressing to see. I have read online that this will not be paid as I am no longer monetized?

I have read that If I reapply successfully in a month, I can still obtain the money - Is this correct?

It would be ideal to get that money back as it is a lot. My content was compilations of audio clips relating to a specific niche. Do you think YT would accept me again If I deleted all videos and did gaming etc? Or should I try and make original content relating to the same niche?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Do you mean I should receive the payout even though I am demonetized and the earnings have not been finalized and sent to adsense?
 
one of my channels got demonetised last month too and i didnt get paid yet, i can reapply in 4 days ... hoping i get accepted

So your YT earnings did not go over to your Adsense? Have you deleted all your videos and uploaded original content now?
 
Yes, u will get paid next month on approval.

Remove reused content post some good original content.

It is quite a specific niche - Do you think it would matter if I reverted back to gaming videos (COD) to reapply? My original gaming videos that I used to become monetized are still there but private. They have the 4000hrs required.

the channel wasnt demonetised for reused content, it was for 'repetitious content' so i have tried to change the content up now, but the yt earning didn't go to my adsense

You don't need to get approved to get paid, you will get your earnings… it has happened to me
 
You will most likely get paid. But in the future it is worth considering this point. Of course, using your own content is less risky. You can try to uniqueize someone else's, there are different formats.

It's fine .if you are posting repetitious content. .. just remove those videos and good luck.
 
You won't get your September earnings.
You will get your August earnings (you probably already got them on 21st September), but you can forget those $1.5K really.
Don't believe people who post here that you'll get them. It's just not how it works once your channel get demonetized for reused content....

I am so confused and conflicted! I guess the only way to find out is to wait until the middle of the month.

If anyone has any advice on getting re-monetized with alternative content, please let me know.

let us know if get your money..
to be sure re-monetized.. you need to speak in your videos (4000 hrs)
 
So when do September earnings get moved to Adsense so we can find out?
