The Dreaded CPA phone call.

I just talked to an Azoogle AM and man it was harder than I thought. I think I was studdering too much lol.

She asked me if I was part of any CPA networks... I didn't know what to say lol so I said no.

Asked me why I used just the first two letters of my first name and first two letters for my last name, I told her because that's what's on my debit card and that's how I wanna get paid so I had to put it like that.

Anyway, of course I was denied. But I have another call with Maxbounty AM soon today.

Any tips?

I just got approved by MaxBounty.

That one wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, but man was I nervous.

Maybe someone should go into the "Talking to people on the phone" niche, I'll be your first customer :p.
 
always stand up when talking on the phone. This gives you a more powerful "stance" which is reflected in what you say and how you respond. Of course knowing what to say really helps out. Kind of hard to do if you don't know what questions you will be asked - you can't script it out ahead of time.
 
That's great advice, and it worked because when I talked to the first one I was sitting down and studdering. The second one I started talking to her standing up and I felt a bit more confident and tried not to studder and speak as clearly as I could and I got approved :D.
 
it was 3am in the morning when maxbounty called me i was shaking like hell . english is not my native language and im not good at speaking it. dont even know what are the right answers to say so i just answered honestly that my site is new and its slowly growing traffic i think and im still in the process of driving traffic. lol lucky that i was got accepted.

Just tell them what they want to hear, take a deep breath and relax.
 
Thank you guys, that's great advice. I think now I'll be more confident to talk to other networks as well, it was just that first one that was hard but I wasn't really denied she emailed me saying that I'm on hold and I can call her back in a few months when I I get more experience and she sent me some links to smaller CPA networks.

haha a typical scenario

usually AZN is really tough to get in...but glad you made it to MB...now after a month try again at azzogle and get in!
