The "Do Not Share List" Why is it there ?

Can someone kindly explain why is there such a long list of products that is on the 'Do Not Share' List ?

I mean I understand "Any and all products sold in BHW's Marketplace " but what about the rest. Are the product creators a member on this forum and they are protected by default or maybe they asked for it. If that is so then all anyone have to do is become a member here and then launch a product lol .

But since there are also so many WSO's , I'm inclined to think that it's also because they are worthless :/

No offense to anybody man, just asking!

There are two main reasons:

1. BHW has probably been threatened with legal action from the vendors listed
2. BHW protects it's own. Generally speaking it's considered "okay" on this forum to pirate non BHW members software, but here we look down upon stealing from our own members.
