The Curious Way Of Mr Google

Hello!

Didn't really know where to post this,but got real dilemma.

Im working on this site for the past 3 months. Got around 40 500-2k words each post/page published.(should have tons of small kws ranked) Ahref shows for the last 2 months only 3 random low kws ranked. Site:.com shows everything OK.

Now the problem is that ive done some fast BH linking. got over 200 links (mostly no follow) in a few weeks.Deleted most,but doesn't help. i know that i got penalized or smth. is that my PBN site has 12 kw-s from just one random article to the same topic ranked.

Why i don't rush to quit with this site is because its with good da/pa,was aged well and basicly on the same topic as im doing right now and GT doesn't show manual spam,but i don't rank with it on google,only bing!

Quit it and restart on new site or build quality links and hope for the best?

edit:: so it seems i also did some footprint errors with my PBN. How can i really check what penalty i got when GT doesn't show?

Be patient and watch google dance. If nothing happened, start building a new site

Wow this is really confusing. I've been putting in hundreds on hours to learn SEO for the past few months,but...
Please someone explain.

I got this site for 3 months, was aged with da19,pa 25. No manual actions. Got around 30k words worth of articles,mostly google translated + corrected into proper english. But only 4 kws rank.(medium-easy long kws)
Made new website with different topic, now 1 month old da1pa1,ranking over 40 kws. No BL,not even GT account.Only social shares and paid ads.(easy kws)

So:

1. I got assf*cked b bad links?
2. Google translated texts,even when corrected still bite?
3.Too bad nofollow/******** equation about 2:10 ,really has neg. effect?

What are your thoughts? Thanks! (gonna make another site with similar topic,will see if it's the silent banhammer by google or just a google dance)

Edit//: Also going to remove ALL even with a hint of bad link-will see what happends.

So my 1 month new site has 19.2 m semrush rank,and the aged 3 month old site with BL's and everything has 32m rank. Weird.

First of all, semrush/Moz's metrics dont mean anything.

Google translated content might be your problem. Google is pretty good at translating on their own, they might have picked up you using duplicate content.

Bad links related - you cant say you were penalized just because you're not ranking. Did you experience any drops in ranks?

Have you built any links that would help you rank?

The usual approach to learning SEO goes from top to bottom - you do stuff manually, use good content, see how it all fits together, then you try to "optimize" the process - spun content, automation tools, outsourcing.

Usually rankings start to show in time. If you build links now, even if they are legit, you will not show up in ranking in few days. It takes 4-6 months to see the effects. In the past it was called sandbox ( myths saying that any new website stays 6 months in sandbox ). It is not that easy. The sandbox effect is because google will not rank you up instantly.
