I came across the crazy dispute recently.
A seller delivered an ebook in 16 minutes, but the buyer claimed he couldn’t open it.
It turns out he was trying to open a PDF in Microsoft Word.
The seller explained how to use a proper PDF viewer, but the guy refused and opened a PayPal dispute instead.
As “proof,” he sent a screenshot of the PDF opened in Word!

It felt like he was trying to keep the book and get a refund.
Honestly, some people just can’t be helped.
