I came across the crazy dispute recently.

A seller delivered an ebook in 16 minutes, but the buyer claimed he couldn’t open it.

It turns out he was trying to open a PDF in Microsoft Word. :weep:

The seller explained how to use a proper PDF viewer, but the guy refused and opened a PayPal dispute instead.

As “proof,” he sent a screenshot of the PDF opened in Word!

It felt like he was trying to keep the book and get a refund.

Honestly, some people just can’t be helped.

some idiot scammed in bhw for 5 bucks or something
name eludes me but then again, idiots like that ain't worth remembering
 
And they say we are getting smarter... this reminds me of all the selling emails i receive from china manufacturers to my CBD website trying to sell me kitchen knives to stock.
