That windows 95 looks very much like macos from the 90's in this video
I remember back then Internet Explorer did not exist because microsoft did not believe the www would become a big thing. (the internet was telnet based before the invention of the www). So you would login to your ISP (through a terminal program) and it would read text like:
"We also have a website! Download Netscape 2.0 via ZMODEM with the command "netsc2 and browse the web!"
