There's MEXC, you have tho a 0.01% transaction fee, which way lower than others.

If you going to use specific exchange such as Binance, Bybit so there will be addition +3% to 7% fees if you buying using cc from exchange directly and top of that if you use P2P on those exchanges then the charges can be more wild.
You can also go with Coinbase but coinbase also charge very high these days even if you buying via cc or bank

Yes Coinbase was good but when you reach some levels they start asking you for 20 different documents

Just to correct you that a charge of approximately 2% fee is applied when you buy from MEXC via any payment mode either Bank or CC

Additional the fee you taking about 0.01% is the fee for trading in crypto (which called Maker & Taker fee that every exchange charge every 4 Hours if you doing spot or future trading)
@Yupwork question was where I can buy cheap crypto if I am not mistaken (not crypto trading fees)
