I will create a blog and then I will monetize it. But I would like to know if in 2018 it is profitable to create a blog?

Certainly, you can always start a blog on which you can earn. Nowadays, it would not be easier with the YouTube channel? Fewer and fewer people check blogs.

That's what I thought. I think it's better to go through social networks or youtube.

Not strictly true, lots of people follow blogs. It takes effort like everything. YouTube requires effort as well, so work at it

Blogs are everything IMO, if people want to read, they'll visit you, stay and even come back, if you gave them valuable content.
