The Best way to run a beta-test for the app?

Hey, guys and gals

Could you share your experience in testing the UX and UI of your apps?
I need to launch a Chinese super app to the Western market, but first I need to prove to my Asian colleagues that in its current state it is not suitable for a Western audience. I want my arguments to be data-driven, so I'm looking for a solution.


Have you had experience with such companies, and can you recommend them? I thought there were marketplaces for such things, but I haven't found any, only service companies.

Big companies pay for testers to ask them questions about the design to see if they feel comfortable browsing through the interface. With these data they reach the final design for an MVP.

I'm not a UX, but I was attending meetings to understand the user's vision about interfaces, also the business vision. This way, I could apply those techniques for my own apps .

Yeah, It's clear why would someone use such a service, but I was really looking for a recommendation of the platform or a marketplace where I can find testers in bulk.
