I dont think you will find any free twitter bot. You can use imacro script or addmefast.com.

Forget about free stuffs. If you dont have money, turn off your pc and go work in a phosphorous factory earn some money and then starts things normally not with empty pockets.
On IM stuff you need to invest to get something back..

You can probably find a few different free Twitter bots, but if you want to find one that is maintained you can try the MB Twitter Edition.
