The best tool to change IP

What is the best tool to change IP adress ?

I use a software called "Hide Your Ip Address".
It works pretty well, you can even create gmail accounts without sms verification.

I doubt if you're going to find subscription services like HideMyIp on BHW. Hard to null callbacks to something that goes through server ID verification.

If I were doing a ton of CL stuff, I'd probably get a cheap dialup and just HANG THE HELL UP between posts. You stand about a 99% chance of getting a different IP everytime you connect on dialup. You could probably do 4 or 5 between hangups.

And it's not like you need broadband for CL. Think about what you typically post. 120 words? A 600K JPG? Ewhoring with 'hubba hubba big fella"?

I use Clad to change my IP with my DSL service, for my cable modem I use IPrental, but need PVA's when posting on CL

Yo can try IPrental.i think its the best i am uisng for myspace,youtube,twitter,facebook,socailbookmarking accounts creation,and this is working well

There is no "Best" tool.
You'll find a lot of different tools and services.
Free tools, subscription tools and services, membership sites ..

Services mainly differ in:
* history of the IPs
* performance and bandwidth limitations
* the legal source of IPs, more than a few obtain the IPs by illegal means
* usage limitations
* shared/exclusive IPs
* customer service
* prices for single and bulk and setup fees
* quality of anonymity
* API availability
* type of proxy (http,socks,vpn,proprietary)
* lots of other stuff



Choose based on what you require and what you are able to spend for it.
You'll find a lot of different solutions by searching the forum, any many of those are pretty different.

Very well said and right on the mark. Many people here just expect ip addresses to appear out of thin air with no respect as to where they came from, who runs them, and how they were obtained. They only care about getting them and abusing them and letting some one else take the rap for the network abuse. Thats pretty selfish in my opinion. And then complain when the ip address no longer works because they abused the hell out of it. Had some of you thought about using in moderation instead of using the rapid fire theory and spamming the living shit out of every one as fast as you can, you'd see much better results.

Dedicated servers aren't free. The server admins that are trained to setup these services don't work for free either. Any legitimate service out there is going to cost more than $2 a month and ipv4 addresses are getting harder and harder to obtain in quantity because they are running out and RIPE (the issuing authority) is limiting how many ranges any provider can get. And guess what? IP addresses themselves aren't issued for free to providers either. We have to pay for each ip address thats licensed to us. So the next time you feel like bitching about a provider not having enough ip addresses to suit your spamming purposes, look outside your small world and learn what the requirements are to even be licensed to get fresh ip addresses because thats all I carry and they are expensive to obtain.

Although Tor is free and extremely slow, its very easy to identify and block. You can easily see who's on a Tor exit node. Most of the time it identifies itself in the host name.
