The best tool/software to mass upload videos ?

Hello everyone,

I look for the best tool to manage and upload a lot of videos simultaneously.

For example, I have 100 youtube accounts and I want to upload 15 videos on each account (all videos are different).
And if possible, i want the tool/soft allow to update tags, description etc several days after the upload.

Does someone know something to do that ?
