I hope your targetting native language, as english is not your expert subject. If you have to ask is your site ready, it probably isn't. When it has a stream of at least 10-20 visits per day organic, from around the world, and you have ALL of the outlines of things that are required in a site, then yes, it would be ready I would say, and apply. Read the handbook that you can find with a search to manual reviewing google sites, to see what employees look for in a manual review, if it comes to that. Also the software that is used to inspect sites, knows all the points to cover from the manual.
