I used TBS and wp-robot together, all was fine. It was TBS acc of a friend of mine. One day it stopped working. They told me my ip is on the ban list. I rented VPS with other IP, bought another TBS acc, tried on other domains, nothing works... WP-robot tells just "error:" and nothing else. I tried running this API script, it didn't work. How can i check deeper? What can i do?
Now the worst part. Their fucking support keeps answering me "you need to authenticate properly and the ban will be removed". Looks like they do not ever read what i write them, and takes them days to answer. They are unreliable. I think they hire cheap support in third world countries. It is impossible to get through them. I want to do BAD things to them! How can i get my money back at least?
