The Best Spinner question

I am getting the hang of using it and its a nice program so far.

My question is, one of my niches uses small 300ish word articles with.

I have a few "protected" terms that I dont want to change so after spinning it I get 24-28% unique.

Is that number too low to submit via SerpAssist in hopes they get indexed?

I purchased a few credits at Copyscape and plugged in the API and they all pass with flying colors but I am unsure on that low percentage number it tells me

any insight is appreciated

don't worry about indexing. articles with 0 percent uniqueness still get indexed, they just aren't ranked high.
