The developer of "The Best Spinner" has come out with a new tool called, "The Spin Wizard".

If you already own a subscription to "The Best Spinner", you can sign into this new tool for free using your TBS user name and password. You can watch the demo video and give the program a whirl.

Question is: Does this new program make writing articles easier and faster? The developer says that it should.

I have found "The Best Spinner" to be cumbersome and nerve racking in the past and will probably not buy it again.

What are your thoughts? Have you tried the new program? Does it help you write faster?

I still use DNS and write the articles myself. I use TBS for synonyms mostly and that's not worth $97.00 every year.

Well, I can't say.

Ordered TBS yesterday, paid for it and at the validating orders page, the server had an error. Like instead of showing me the thank you page, it prompted me to download the php page instead.

Until now I've not received my license. Still waiting for a reply from them.

So am I still eligible for spin wizard? Or did I just buy an obsolete product that I never received?

Don't worry, TBS works great. And sure you will have the spin wizard if you buy it now or later.
I've got it 4 days ago and the spin wizard feature was already available.

Just enter "the best spinner" or "spinner" or anything and you will see a ton of TBS fans.
TBS also has a forum and the support is fair.

There are a lot features which help you write easy and fast, the thing is you have to test all of them and chose the one (or 2,3) you prefered.


I encourage you to use SpinnerChier (the best free spinner for sure, it worths more than a lot of paying spinners)
because it has a feature where you can compare all the articles you have created with TBS from your spun article :

It gives you the % of similarity between all your articles.

And the less % the better ;)

I think it really worths it.

It is $77/year today (see on the salepage)
 
TBS doesn't work on my computer at the moment. It hangs when I click the login button.

Anyone else having problems?

I had this few times. Don't know what exactly the problem but restart your computer might solve
 
Any idea how to get in touch with the TBS team so I can get my purchase sorted out?

I created a support ticket yesterday but didnt hear from them yet.

Perhaps there is a better way?
 
Procmail, go on his forum (jlforums.(com) and state your problem.

This is what I had to do last July and I got service real fast.
 
Oops. All the ast posts about the problems related with THB. But OP was asking some info for a new feature in it. So the subject is a bit changed.

OP, I am using it. But will write a review later (today or in two days).
 
In all fairness, I will spend a significant amount of time using it this weekend and will come to a conclusion to share with you.

I don't know why, new update the best spinner latest version 2.937 is error. Is anyone also get this problem?

I had the exact same problem on the 26th.

They answered my first trouble ticket and gave me a download link and told me to get my password from inside of the software. So I download it, start it, click "lost password" and it tells me to enter my paypal address, so I do that. then it tells me "this email is not associated with this account" - so i send a response about this to the first trouble ticket and ask them to please fix it or send me a password.

No response.

I submitted 2 more trouble tickets about it, one on saturday and one on Monday. No response.

So they left me no choice but to file a dispute with Paypal. If they do not respond by tomorrow afternoon, I will escalate it to a claim and hope that Paypal refunds my money.

So far all I've encountered is piss-poor customer service from them.

Yeahh,, this is the reason why I ask in BHW, because their customer service is baaaaddd.. I have send ticket to them, then they reply it after 5 days or more.. hufh..

I also create ticket for this problem today, hope will get fast reply and solution
 
They refunded my money, and then invited me to try again.

So I did. This time it worked fine. I dont know why they couldnt fix it the first time, but now I know to just expect a few days wait when I submit a trouble ticket. Hopefully I wont have any more trouble though.
