Premiere Pro is by far the best Editing app for YouTube or any social platform for editing videos in general. Sure, it's a bit complicated nut it's worth it once you fully master it. If you don't want to use Premiere Pro, then you could use CapCut as well.

if you like FOSS tools https://www.olivevideoeditor.org/ is decent.
ultimately if youre asking what's best, gather up the top tools and demo them all out personally.
