Have some question here.

Which software do the best job at RSS feeds submit auto?

btw, for RSS submit and K.soft RSS submit, are these two tools means the same one?

Hii..every one.....recently i came across an article saying....search engines like google, ban websites having lots of key words as hidden text ....... So guys plz advice me what to do ?
