You guys gotta remember rap isn't rap anymore. Rap has childrened sub-genres from early east coast, west coast, etc.
And that's why you see most 90's kids in here saying Tupac, because that's what they grew up on. I grew up listening to Tupac, too. But I hardly listen to him anymore, there really isn't a "Best Rapper Alive" but "Best (sub-genre) Rapper Alive".
I'd say Lil Wayne is one of the top 10 out of Southern Musik.
