The Best Practice for Cloaking On Facebook 2015 (safe page specific)

Well for FB it's easier just to burn through fake safe pages through the simple code (assuming you're on Fraudbuster).

If you insist on making your own, your best bet is to google/bing on a USA IP the keyword/niche that you're in, look at the top results and there you have it. Generally they have great quality score which is helpful if you ever decide on trying Google.

If you're just on lazy mode, you can get something like leadpages' PPC 2.0 layout and just edit the stuff on there. The generally have a solid format which is safe for any ad network as long as you make sure you include links that work on the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1)search for the keyword of my niche in USA IP
2)rip that single page and change a little bit of the article ?
3)put it up on my domain as a safe page (my domain will have this single article only)

but then my domain will only have that 1 page , so do I rip multiple pages/articles from the keywords I searched to combine together so that my domain actually has more content and won't be so thin ? Or it doesn't matter so much ?

i guess to summarize this portion of my question , I am curious if I am running a single page lander on Facebook as my safe page , will my account be flagged ?

Honestly if that's the only thing you want to do, which sounds pretty lazy/simple, you might as well just use the redirect to other company's page code. I personally ripped the whole content, uploaded it on a wordpress site (I personally copy pasted everything) and that was it.

It's better to always have more than one page regardless because not having Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions pages on your landing page is generally a pretty red flag but since I personally don't do that, I wouldn't know.

Summary - If you're going to do the "lazy" way, just use the cloaker's redirect simple code which is ok for FB anyways. Google or any other ad network that uses quality score to determine your ad position, use the advanced code and rip a good site (Although it's recommended to just use their content and copy-paste on your own site, using the exact rip can cause problems so be careful.)
