Quick update: 2Checkout & Braintree didn't approve me... I got an offer from a local German provider called PAYONE, they offer me some nice payment gateways, but they want 39€ per month and some hundreds for "setting it up"...

High risk payments always charges more. Haven't heard that before. Always make sure to do a research before setting up. Good luck with that.

nobody will checkout with btc belive me so dont bother with adding that on site..
your options are stripe, worldpay, 2checkout, sagepay, avangate.. and there are many others so you do research pros and cons of each, also forget people telling some horror stories about some payment gateways until you not test you wont know. i also readed hundreds paypal complaints before i register and now in 3-4 years honestly did not have 1 single problem with them.
services that you sell are considered high risk so u will have chargebacks, make sure to talk with processor and read all their rules before opening account with any.

Stripe & 2checkout didn't approve me... I'am working with PayPal only for some months now and everything has been working fine so far. Just 1 guy scammed me with a hacked account and chargeback... Well, you have to live with that. However, I'm still looking to provide some more payment gateways on my site.
