I was using a rotating residential ip service, but they have already closed that service.

Now I'm looking for some tool or site that will generate good IPs for me to create spotify accounts in quantities.

Any recommendations?

Avoid rotating services. Your best bet is a status residential proxy service that way it’s only you using that IP
