For those who are using microsoft clarity (and OP if he wants a feedback of clarity haha)... I've installed it today to see what is what worth (I just bought an appsumo lifetime deal yesterday and saw this thread today)... It seems that microsoft clarity doesn't record all my sessions. Some of them are skipped, I know it because they appear on the app sumo deal.

I wanted to refund it since microsoft clarity is doing the same thing but now.. I'm not sure what to do. Is there a setting so that microsoft clarity can record everything?

Is it the same thing with yandex metrica?

Thanks

There is also Plerdy and you can LTD quite cheap on FB.

What deal did you buy?

Droptrim, but... It's awesome because it records everything (and you can see the records almost in real time, meaning if there was a visit 1 minute ago, you will see the records almost instantly) but the interface is not that pretty.

And there is a lack of functionalities.

It doesn't show the clicks like microsoft clarity (you have to watch all the record and see by yourself where the client is clicking). So that's pretty hard sometimes to know if the user clicked or not.

Also, something that really bother me is that on the "replay" page they don't show the url that is going to be replayed, you have to click on the replay to see what is going to be replayed. Though you can use "tags" so you will see the correct tag without having to click on the replay... But creating a tag for each page is a pain in the a**

There is no "auto-generated" heat maps. You have to input the URL you want a sitemap off and THEN it is going to generate a heat map based on your future visits.

There is other functionalities as well but I'm not using them. It is really a review based on recordings!

They told me they were going to update all of this, so maybe in 1 or 2 months it is going to be better + the fact that it really records everything on site... Then this tool is going to be a really really good tool.

But ATM after some days of reflexion, I think I prefer less data from microsoft clarity but with a better presentation and the possibility to see directly where my client clicked without having to watch all the replay.
