The best hosting i have ever used - StableHost

Was doing a comparison between stablehost/hostwinds/hostgator. Is it normal for hosts to offer cpanel for free? I just e-mailed hostwinds support ..
ME: "Is Cpanel already included or is it an extra fee/mo that I haven't found on the site"
REPLY: " Yes cPanel is included in all shared hosting options, the only time you would need to purchase it, would be if you bought a VPS."
Am still awaiting for replies from stablehost. Isn't this alone worth the switch? I have yet to start my first site and looking for best overall package for when I have 1-5 sites up within a few months.

An update in case other noobs like me are inquiring.
Stablehost emailed me back and offer cpanel for free as well. WHOIS privacy for both sites is a fee.
Time to decide.
