there are templates and i'm asking which one to use and from when to whentheres no science to templates, all depends on your account and proxy quality, how fast you warm up etc
just make your own settings

@DanDD said it right. I was there. I'm new to GMT2 and downloaded "warm up" template. It resulted alot of PVA, suspicious activity and 4 accs was banned I deleted template and use only 5 accs through residental proxies and customize own settings. Still learning but it's worth it. In 2 days I learned alot and day by day I'm fealing that I'm better. Right now I can do follow and comment module. Today tryed unfollow module but it's working wired (I think I'm doing something wrong).
Anyway take the time to try it in own way. Trust me - downloaded templates is a straight way to at least suspicious activity if you don't know what are you doing. Waste of time, nerves and you will learn nothing.
