rank tracker - you can use the free version (can't save projects) or search the downlaod area for a "free" version..

Rank Tracker is awesome,

They allow you to generate reports as well which turns out to be a huge bonus.

I only know Rankerizer, it is free completely. But I am fed up with desktop rank checkers, I sign up with Microsite Masters. It is so much more convevenient.

You need private proxies for a desktop rank checker, if you have a lot of keywords.

Rank Tracker has hidden pricing, you must pay for it each 6 months.
