The best free products for users

hi everybody,
i have to collect database with emails and i have a idea how to do it:
1. make a good product, ebook or sth like this
2. put this product on a website
3. if people want to download this they have to put their email and invite 10 friends

someone try to do it and have expierence with it? what is the best products which people want download?

Inviting 10 friends will be too much and may piss them off, instead ask them to share on fb you may get more than 10 people.

Landing pages are good for collecting e-mails, takes work though for promo.

nice idea, thank you, and now I think is better to put facebook app and get emails through this app

thanks, you know where I can find good looking landing pages? you mean, wordpress + landing themes for examples ?

You need to make one. Buy a domain and make one. Example here:

You could also be promoting something and making money at the same time. E-mail submits pay like $2 per completion in America? Possibly you could do both.

hmm I don't want to promoting something, only to collect emails database,
prefer emails with name, surname, country and age of these users,
so that why maybe is better do it by facebook apps,
you know, users have to add to app and app get automaticly all information and save in my database
