xrumer is def the best if you have the cash. I am assuming you mean like posts/profiles? If you want to PM spam I have software, there is a user here with subscription software and a guy in the BST that will blast a forum for you.

Thanks for all of the replies, I might give that guy a shout sometime soon, I can get xrumer, but i know nothing about it and from what i have heard is it is pretty complicated (which i dont mind the challange, but i have no time for it) So my best bet would probably be outsourcing.
