The best dedicated IP solution?

Hey guys I know that everyone here is very busy so, please, anyone can share the best solution/service to buy dedicated/private IPs from differents cities in the USA? I know that packtetflip is a good option, so anyone knows another services for this?
*cloakfish can do it, but all IPs are from froxies. Red flag to AM's.
