Seems a couple of networks have fallen off from glory. Offers say active but then are expired. Most networks don't even have a great deal of good mobile offers.

Whats the Best CPA network out right now?

CPA Tank is very good from what I hear. Solid program over there, but EXTREMELY tight to get into, even when you have access to the CEO of the company.

But that is another story.

CPA Tank is the best right now. Payout always on time and great offers. EWA has better offers though, but they never pay on time. Last month I waited 20 days to get my payment, and now it's been almost two weeks since payment due date and I haven't received any payment.
