This post was actually quite helpful as I was just thinking to myself which networks to look at as i'm changing from cp4l3ad (and looking at offervault for these massive surveys users have to take which i'm not a fan of anymore, we get a tiny percentage i believe).

Now just to find out which ones such as maxbounty and peerfly and neverblue that do postbacks so i can write my own content-locking software against it. Anyone know on these 3 at least?

Neverblue has postback and pixel placement.

I had a really bad experience with Neverblue. A check was issued to me last July, but didn't arrive. Finally, I got paid in November. What a hassle they gave me.

Awesome list! Just what I was looking for. I just signup with neverblue and waiting on acceptance. I tried to sign up with Peerfly but i just kept getting a recurring circle of asking my validate my email and phone but never receiving an email or phone call? I called Luke at CS so I hope to hear back from him soon.
Any recommended threads or readings about how to best use a CPA ad?

That's happening because your PayPal account isn't verified or doesn't match the name you signed up to PeerFly with. You should see an error at the top of the profile page and that's causing your information to not save. Fix that error or select check as your payment option (you can change it later) and then you should be able to verify your email and phone number.
