I'm working on a certain experiment of trying to combine social media with Bluetooth for targeted digital advertising but I'm in a deadlock because I can't seem to find a good Bluetooth marketing software for windows. Anyone with any ideas on the best Bluetooth marketing software out there for windows computers besides Blue magnet? Price should not be a major concern. Also, I'm NOT looking for softwares that are sold together with Bluetooth marketing devices like bloo2.....I will take all the suggestions that I can get from you guys.
