The Best Authentic Internet Traffic Methods (At a Small Cost If Possible...)

Right now I feel I've grasped onto what I can sell to the online world.
But, lack traffic atm.
Tumblr and Instagram has been ok...
With light business.
But, I feel it could be better...
Could someone recommend authentic traffic methods (at a price if necessary)
For pulling in customers?
Whether On Fiverr Or SEOClerk?
I've used both.
Fivver in particular, it just feels like it does nothing.
