Lol . I have tried few article writing software (one from wordai guys and some other), imo the quality is very very low. You asked for the best. That's why I answered - Human.

Nothing Good. I tried many Tools, But they generate Nonsense Article.

Better Hire Cheap Article Writers, or gather some college students and train them for the Low-Cost Articles.

Try SEO content machine, good for tier 2 articles but for money site content, use good quality articles.

Best is human mind. Nothing can beat it. If looking for long term, then get it done from VAs.
 
Instead of software, Hire a writer to write the content.
 
There's no software capable of turning out money site material, or anything that's going to be read by humans. As an English as a second language teacher, I can only assume that the target market of these snake oil peddlers is non native speakers.

Even spinners, although useful for the synonyms they provide, are only really any use to native speakers who can tell when a phrase sounds right
 
How about any article directory submitter tools? I know that fad stopped a couple years ago, but I want to run a test and see if it works and use it as a case study.
