The best anonymous domain registrar + hosting

Can anyone recommend to me where to host my domain and site when I have a risk of getting sued for copyright violations?

I could always open a stealth Namecheap account and pay with crypto but I am afraid they will seize my domain or something.

You will always have risk of losing your domain names with such content.
That's why I recommend having some mirrors.
Each domain name registration is regulated by ICANN and therefore it can't be anonymos by definition.

How easily namecheap sizes your stuff when one gets complaints?

They can only do that with police/court orders?

They are very trigger happy and will take down anything on their hosting with single DMCA notice.

The domains are different because most DMCA complaints are sent to the host and not the registrar. But if in a serious situation if they do get a complaint, they do take the domain down. This is mostly for very serious stuff tho like botnet CnC domains or CSAM content etc. And no, the reports need not be from police/courts to takedown a domain.

Actually there is nothing like anonymous domain name provider, you can not register a domain name without providing any domain owner data, and though it happens rare, if some one makes a complaint via ICANN to the domain registrar, your domain can be taken down, but mostly they do complain via IP addresses to the host or owner of that subnet, so any offshore host that has a strict privacy and anonymity policy can ignore those complaints, and you can say its like 95% complaints are IP and hosting based, but there is nothing like anonymous domain and it can be taken down, though its procedure is a bit lengthy and more hectic, so mostly people dont go for that.

njal.la is a scam, if you have any domains with them, you are literally waling on a mine field. after 4 years with them, i lost my 4 domains with them, they simply locked me out and stopped responding to my support tickets. there are many threads here where people explaining about njal.la stealing and reselling their domains
