How do many sites create the As Seen On badge that include a the list of logos they were featured/published on?

When I scroll down some website pages I see the "As seen on" with a list of logos that the website has been featured on and it's all like greyed out and horizontal. Is there some online tool or way to do the same.

I wonder how you get traffic to those supplements. Always wanted to do but got doubt since it has their own rules (health and fb advertising rules)
@OP Guess they are really featured on those sites. May be guest post or paid

The thing is i have written for some big sites, thing is, I'm just not sure how to get that section on the site set up. I probably will have to just add a list of logos, although I did want to find the right way where the logos are greyed out.

A lot of themes come with it as default.
Search Google Images for "As seen on" or "as seen on banner"
Pretty easy to make your own banner, just get the logos of the sites you have been featured on.

Yes! This is exactly what I'm talking about, I have the logos, thing is though I want to make it look like the 4th one you attached here. It looks way better all greyed out.A lot of themes come with it as default.

I"ll just change the colors and add them up, thought there was some easier way to just add them to the site instead of editing the colors and then uploading it

You should be able to do that in PhotoShop, Gimp or Paint

Just in case it helps you and/or anyone else, there is a way to do this with css.
Browser support is a little sketch and it may not work great with all logos, so likely to be better with photoshop anyway, but here:
