PropellerAds also has a direct link. Another one that I know of is Tabisi. You can also look at CPX24. Not sure if there are any more out there.
FYI - Create a blog on Blogger with some Bitcoin posts. Sign up for A-Ads and put a banner on the page. A-Ads does not require approval to join. You won't make much, but its something.

Since they payment is very low can I ask people to click on the ads without getting my account banned and still receive payment from them? , just like the way some people do with Adsense and get away with it. just for the main time to get enough money to purchase domain and for host .

a-ads will work fine for you .. they have good cpm if conpared to other cpm networks that allow bot traffic .. also they accept free sites like blogs on blogspot , wordpress and weebly.
so build a page .. put a-ads codes and your page url will be your direct link that will make you money whenever someone visit it.

I Checked it out already their CPM only counts unique visits once per 24 hours which is only $0.20 per 1000 impressions ,no multiple views counted by them

I use propellerAd but don't want to caste cast all my hopes on them alone anything can happen one day they can kick me out , "never put all your eggs in one basket"

The CPM inn't huge, but there is no approval to join and you can get sent earnings daily.
