The account is restricted

I suggest purchasing a few aged accounts and BM as a backup for situations like this.
Purchasing aged accounts and Business Managers (BM) as backups can be a strategy to mitigate the risks of account restrictions or bans. Aged accounts tend to have a better history and can be more reliable for advertising, as they are less likely to be flagged by Facebook's automated systems. Having a backup BM also ensures that if one account faces issues, you can switch to another without major disruptions to your campaigns.
That said, always be cautious when purchasing accounts. Ensure that the accounts are not linked to any past violations and come from a reputable source. Using accounts that violate Facebook’s terms of service could lead to even stricter penalties.

The account is restricted with Risk payment error
Please help how to fix it
A "Risk Payment Error" on Facebook typically occurs when Facebook detects unusual or suspicious activity with the payment method or account, such as:
  1. Suspicious activity: If Facebook notices unusual spending patterns, multiple chargebacks, or previous issues with payments, it may flag the account.
  2. Payment method issue: The payment method linked to your account might be flagged as high-risk (e.g., expired credit card, mismatched billing information, or a payment method linked to multiple accounts).
  3. Account or business violations: If your account or business has been flagged for policy violations or negative feedback, Facebook may restrict your ability to run ads.

Steps to Fix the "Risk Payment Error":

  1. Verify Payment Information:
    • Go to Facebook Ads Manager > Payment Settings.
    • Check if the payment method is valid (correct card info, address, etc.).
    • Remove and re-add your payment method to ensure everything is correct.
    • Use a credit card with sufficient funds and ensure it matches the country and currency settings of your account.
  2. Appeal the Restriction:
    • In some cases, you can request a review from Facebook. To do this, visit Account Quality in Ads Manager, where you may find an option to request a review.
    • Follow the instructions carefully, and be prepared to provide documentation if needed (e.g., ID, proof of payment method ownership).
  3. Check for Violations:
    • Ensure that your account is not violating Facebook’s advertising policies. If you've been flagged for any reason (such as selling prohibited products, engaging in misleading ads, etc.), correct the issue before requesting a review.
    • Look at any notices or warnings Facebook has sent you regarding account activity.
  4. Contact Facebook Support:
    • If nothing else works, contact Facebook Support through Help Center > Support Inbox or Business Help for more personalized assistance.
  5. Use a Clean Payment Method:
    • If your current payment method is flagged or rejected, try using a different payment method, ideally one that has been used successfully in the past with Facebook.
  6. Appeal with Identity Verification:
    • If Facebook asks for verification documents, provide clear, authentic identification to prove the legitimacy of your account and payment method.

The easiest way to fix this is to try using a different card. If that still doesn't work, create a fix campaign and wait until the campaign starts spending money. Sometimes, even when the error message appears, I proceed with creating the campaign and after a while, it returns to normal. If none of these solutions work, then contact Meta Support.
